Placed an order based on the recommendation of a friend that they are a trustworthy and offer competitive pricing for 6 EarthLED ZetaLux 7 Watt LED Light bulbs for $39.99. I thought I was getting a good price and was excited that I was helping the earth while saving money. The LEDs were shipped in a reasonable amount of time which took about a week.
I then wanted to get more. I google'd the LEDs to see if anyone else had them and then realized I was deeply ripped off by the price. I could have gotten one light bulb for $24.95 instead of $39.99.
I called immediately to gogreensolar and complained about the price and wanted a pricematch. How could there be such a large price difference on a light bulb? The CSR named Linh Tran said, "I already bought the LEDs at the agreed price on the website and I that we don't pricematch."
I then complained I wanted to return the LEDs since there prices are outrageously overpriced. He said, "That is not a legitimate reason to return the item and next time do your own searching before you come to us." He then hung on up me.
I called back to speak to the manager, his response was, "I am the manager and there is nobody higher then me. Stop complaining, if your not happy, go elsewhere!"
GoGreenSolar is a total ripoff and they are completely rude and unprofessional. Take your business elsewhere and save the planet.
