On April 30th With a Rsvp already made I, brought my car (2008 dodge caliber.) in to the firestone at 5811 W. Belmont in Chicago IL for brake service, oil change, and transmission fluid change. So they did the oil change. No problem.
The transmission fluid Advisor Jamie Stated that this was a service that he could not perform and for me to take it to the dealer. On the invoice it states that I would not authorize the service.
