Jeff Bernard Plumbing, Heating & Drain Cleaning Inc. I had this company come to look at my hotwater heater that was not working. The man that came out simply told me I needed to get oil and that was the problem. He then charged me 150.00 and left. I have had my oil tank filled although it never ran out of oil. When I called a few days later to complain that my hotwater heater was still doing the same thing, and that I feel that I had been taken advantage of. The owner Jeff Bernard proceeded to tell me not to call and *itch and complain. He also told me to bl*w him and hung up on me. I want people to know that this company will use you, abuse you and steal your money for no work, or poor work. It is my humble opinion that this company is out to rip you off and treat you like crap.
