RV management has tennats sign a parking agreement and charges them for the services for permits and a gate card, however the contract is illegal as well the citiations for illegal parking, since the parking manageent company they use, called network parking soultions of el cajon california has no license to issue parking citations or any type under california law and only the local police does, as on eo f the many victims of them we sued them and won, and found out that it is illegal for any present or past residents to have signed this false contract for parking since the parking company along with the twoing company they are associated with have no legal right to issue citiations or have your vehicle towed, and all residents and persons that have had their vehicles towed by paxton towing and by network parking solutions can get 4 x time the towing charges back thru all parties which includes apartment management under california laws, and anybody that has had this happen or knows someone please advise them
