The Color Coach promises to eliminate guesswork when choosing colors to paint your home. The slogan is "Get It Right the First Time." It's more like, "Charge Up the Wazoo and Don't Deliver."
The promise is they will eliminate the need to go to the paint store, gather paint samples, and put samples on the wall with a one-time appointment.
I met with Kathleen Jewell for exactly one hour. She gave me 4 color chips and wrote down on a sheet her suggestions for where they should go.
I thought she would at least show me a rendering so I could see how the colors look together. But nothing doing.
She charges $375 for this! Her ad says 1/2 hour free with an hour consultation. So I guess her regular fee is $750.
Don't hire this rip-off artist! You will still have to go to the paint store, get paint samples and roll them on your walls. It's just not worth it!
