On 11/12 my husband and I went to the Home Depot in Palm Springs, CA (off of Gene Autry Trail). We had a list of approved Glidden exterior paint colors for homes in our resort. The colors were not available via the store displays. We enlisted the help of Home Depot paint specialist, Julian. He immediately found us the color palettes listed on our form. He patiently listened as I shared my frustration over having to select specific resort colors as opposed to using my own creative expression. He looked up the colors for us and mixed them as well. A mistake was made on my part as I mixed up the name of one of the colors. Julian said he wanted us to be happy so he took my error, and exchanged it for the right color. We are going to use Behr Marquee paint for this project so Julian happily mixed two gallons of the new paint for us using the Glidden Professional color palette. Julian's sensitivity to our particular issue and his knowledge of cross referencing/mixing paint and colors solved our problem. He is definitely deserves a rating of five or above! Julian is an asset to the Home Depot organization. Thank you, Julian, for your expertise as a Home Depot Paint Specialist. We sincerely appreciate your efforts.
