A lender has taken possession of my land (equity $200,000/current market value $1.7 million). For the past twelve years, I have been financing this property. For several months, the GREAT AMERICAN PROPERTIES has REFUSED MY PAYMENTS and returned my checks. After extorting $10,000 here, $20,000 there from me, Great American Properties took possession of the land WITHOUT FORECLOSURE PROCEEDINGS in December.
THERE ARE SEVERAL FAMILIES IN COSTILLA COUNTY, COLORADO WHO HAVE LOST THEIR LAND AND WERE VICTIMIZED BY THIS PREDATORY LENDER. I can provide legal case history establishing this Great American Properties & Melby Ranchs history of scams! There are several lawsuits pending against this Great American Properties AND Melby Ranch!
Some of my land was taken from me in an ILLEGAL PROPERTY TAX SALE! In the agreement with Great American Properties, I would pay property taxes directly to the Great American Properties and they would then pay my taxes. Great American Properties ILLEGALLY WITHHELD PROPERTY TAXES FORCING A TAX LIEN SALE.
Then, Great American Properties REPURCHASED MY LAND AT THE TAX LIEN SALE! Great American Properties is working in conjunction with MELBY RANCH BY SELLING LAND BACK AND FORTH this is perhaps, a LAND FLIP SCHEME! I have deeds proving this scheme!
Please assist in this matter or forward me to the appropriate agency/party that can assist. I do appreciate your help.
