Central Air Installation Failed Inspection, Technician Phone Number Wrong

Had new central air units replaced 6-23-10.instalation failed inspection today 6-29-10 Phone number of tech is not accurate, therefor unable to contact him. Service manager called and voice message left, as of yet no reply. Please have sears home services call me at (510) 487-3428.
