Placing the order was fast and easy. Item (Classic Flame 28" Pasadena Fireplace) was shipped on the second day. I received the order in 6 days with free standard shipping. Unit was well packaged but upon inspection I found a part with damage (quite severe) that most likely occurred in shipping. Emailed customer service on Sunday and to my surprise received the replacement part on Thursday with no questions asked, no hassle, free shipping and very friendly staff. Will be ordering from this company again.
