Rod from A to Z Pool came out unannounced when my wife was home. Was their for 10 minutes, broke an actuator and then left with the water on. Two months later he contacted me for payment, I told him I didn't think I owed him anything. He then became very stalkerish in his approach to me. I explained my point and issues and he refused to acknowledge them. I ended up paying him because i didn't want to deal with him any longer becaue if he keeps bothering me I will end up killing him and it isn't worth $154 that he charged or the additional fee I paid someone else to do the work he never did.
