Spartan pool sign a contract with congery family to install a semi-inground pool. The pool has not past inspection yet it is December. We keep leave message with the Guy that we sign the contract with. The town of howell has given them a fine and a Deadline. He has used old parts on my heater. We had to call another pool company to come and close the pool the right way. They found water in lines and they left water and chorine tabs in the line. I paid them in good faith. They own my family a line they put the wrong line in the pool, the didn't put the Alarm on the pool. He didn't install the lights on the deck. They didn't put my yard back the way they found it. The put filler soil on my back and front lawn, we had to rake up all the rocks.
