To all of my fellow consumers please read what happened to me and my wife once we met Mr. Rick Heatherly from Action Pools in hendersonville TN.
This guy calls himself the pool guy and that in its self is a lie. My wife and I had just moved into our new home. We decided to add a pool to our back yard for our kids. We had several pool companies come out and give us quotes. One night after a pool company left someone knocked on the door. I went and opened the door and the man standing there was (rick heatherly) He said "I WILL BUILD YOUR POOL FOR 10,000 LESS THAN THAT GUY JUST QUOTED YOU" well of course this got my attention so we asked hime to come in to disscuss all we wanted in looking for a pool. We agreed to a price and signed a contract. Now lets fast forward to 11 months later. Here we are still without a pool and my family and I get to look at a big hole in our backyard that is filled with muddy water. We paid this company with a check we gave him over 35000 and still dont have a complete pool. I would welcome anybody to check this guy out and ask for his G.C. License and insurance information. Dont be shocked when he cannot provide it he has neither. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY.
