When we hired this company to perform weekly cleaning and service on our pool, we ended up having to do it ourselves. "Brad" just showed up long enough to drop three chlorine tablets in our skimmer basket, pick out a few leaves off the top of the pool and leave his business card under the front mat of our home. He failed to empty the skimmer baskets or test the water. We paid for the "full service" package which includes full pool cleaning every week and when needed.
Because they demanded payment in advance for the service, we were paid up in advance by over a month because I was going to be out of town and wanted to be sure they got paid. My husband stayed at home while I was out of town and he ended up having to spend a full day cleaning the pool because "Pool Service Professionals" didn't do the work we paid them to do.
Upon arriving home from my trip, my husband told me the pool company didn't do anything so I watched them from my window the next time they showed up. The guy was there for a total of 8 minutes. He spent 6 minutes in the back yard trying to look busy yet he didn't empty any of the skimmer baskets. He brushed a small area of the beach but didn't brush any of the walls of the pool. He never cleaned the baskets at the pump or back flush the pool. He didn't test the water at all.
I was very dissatisfied! When I called too discontinue service and ask for a refund of the remainder of the visits I was told I don't get a refund. They refused to give me the money I paid in advance for service they will not be performing. These people were rude and lazy and they are the worst pool company I have dealt with to date. I would advise people to stay away from using them.
