Sears doesnt guarentee their products, nor r they helpful! Their customer service gives u the run around, which keeps u from returning ur purchase... They prolong ne type of chance u have of returning their faultly useless products, by sending a techs in order to return, that takes weeks to get an appointment, then the tech cancels n u must then wait for another to come n tell u its ur home... Not their product of course!!! Never buy from sears!!! They r useless
