I went to hollandia pool and spa to order me a wet end for a hottub motor. I had the original part in hand, gave it to boy to order duplicate. I piad, it came in. I went to install... Wrong part. Tried to return it, was told it was a specialty order item that they cannot return, even though they made the mistake. What a joke of a company... Has anyone ever heard of such nonsense? I am flabbergasted. Good luck to them dealing with people the way they do!!!
