In the "Acknowledgemnet of Arbitration", Diamond Homes of Dublin included in the terms of the sale of a manufactured home to me a $3,500 furniture allowance and was signed by sales representative R. Jason Oglesby.
The owner Dan Benton, has presented me with a check for $2,000 and told me that I would not be recieving the whole furniture allowance amount. Mr. Benton stated that his reason for not producing the full amount was that he did not make enough profit from the sale and that he had fired the aforementioned sales representative, R. Jason Oglesby.
I have refused to accept the $2,000 check and have tried repeatedly to resolve this matter with Mr. Benton and each attempt has been met with beligerence and indifference by Mr. Benton. I have also confirmed that R. Jason Oglesby is still employed by Diamond Homes of Dublin and was never terminated as claimed by Mr. Benton.
I will consider this matter resolved when Mr. Benton has paid the full furniture allowance amount of $3,500, that was agreed upon in the terms of the sale.
