We bought a double wide home from the lowell office. From a guy named Jack Knight. He made us all of these promises. Never followed thru, instead doesn't even work there anymore. Now we have to deal with the Benton Ar. Office and all they have done is lie... Lance apparently some kind of manager? He is not any better than Jack. Because he has lied to us over and over. We bought this home in December and we are finally getting our A/C unit in May. We have a year warranty on our home inside and out and they keep putting us off in hopes that our warranty will run out, before they have to fix anything. They do not answer or return any of our calls.in MY OPINION this is a sorry excuse of a company. They do not need to be in business, I don't know the owner of this company, BUT if he cares about his business he needs to do something and make this right. I am filing with the Better Business Bureau and going to the Attorney General. This has to STOP.
