Benton Wal-Mart: I went in for an oil change. I picked up my car and found no liquids topped off, the protective flap not put back (no screws in sight). Several people were waiting for the same service and getting angry because of the slow service. I went in today with another car and was told the technician won't be in till later. These are all signs of mis-management. Someone needs to be fired at the Benton automotive dept. They sure do apologize nicely. It must be in the job requirement.
