My Benton took my son case and we told Mr. Benton that my son was questioned by Greg Jackson and Wesley Snodgrass without them reading him his rights. Then when i made it there they read them to him and Mr. Snodgrass was talking to me but make a long story short my son was railroad in saying he did something he did not. Now Benton said he could get my son confection through out due to not being read his rights and then he also told my son that he had got his charges drop down to a lesser charge and he just plea to it and he would only have to do 4 weeks in boy school and all other chargers would be drop well my son went in and took the plea and the plea my son took was not the Benton stood out that door and told me, my mother, my father and my son and the time he gave for 4 weeks was a lie also and then on top of all this Benton was this girl mother attorney once and this is conflict of intrest and he rob my son of his life and of his senior year and he turned and withdrew from my son case cause i told him i wanted hi to withdraw the plea and he said he was not going to and he did not and even the attorney knew they had no evidence on my son and it hurts to see my son lock up and could do 6months when Benton said 4 weeks and i am not just filing an complaint i want my money back i want pain and suffering for me and my son i want him dis bar from being an attorney for i have others he have did like this and let me know if we can file an complaint against the Judge and district attorney
