Avoid this con man at all costs. Destroyed the interior of my house in an unnecessary demolition. Charged $25,000 for a $6000 demolition. Charge $10,000 for archetect drawings (reason for the demolition), never received them. Wanted to build the house for $50,500.00 others quoted $150,000.00 Never filed proper permits with town, lied said they did. Real scam outfit.
