Do not purchase from this company unless you have no need for warrantee service / parts. They do a lot of selling on Ebay at low prices, and now I know why. I bought parts for a pool vacuum in April roughly 5 months ago. It was a Hayward vacuum and if you buy these parts at a reputable pool store, which is where my mistake came about, then Hayward would replace the malfunction parts, under their one year warrantee (on most parts). I have been contacting 'Mike' at The pool and Garden Outlet about getting these parts warranteed replaced.
Not that I should be surprised, but after one email reply, not even addressing the warranty issue, now 'Mike' won't reply and tell me how to get the parts replaced under warranty. Maybe they sell non Hayward parts and are repackaging them as Hayward, whatever it is, the service, or more important, lack of service from this company is despicable. Spend a few bucks more and get parts from a reputable dealer. The Pool and Garden Outlet is NOT a reputable dealer.
