I purchases a Hayward 400K Btu heater from Leslies Pool company in Oklahoma City on 4/24/10 and the heater was installed on 5/12/10. The heater has rarely worked and Leslies has been here to replace parts and repair on 4 or 5 occasions. The last time they were here was on 7/20/10. They order more parts. I called on 8/5/10 and they said the parts were not in but they expected them any day. I called on 8/10/10 and they said one part was in but were waiting for a pressure switch. They should be able to fed ex a part in two or three days not 3 weeks. I now feel that they cannot correct the problem and they should send a new heater or refund my money...
