Do not use this company! They sent one of their inspectors named Joseph P. (I will respect his anonymity) to my premises to do an inspection for a buyer and he wrote up about 6 things which were incorrect. Firstly he did not even get the right a/c unit to check and secondly the a/c had just been serviced yet he wrote it was "in need of servicing" (it was serviced 10 days before the purchase and I later faxed the report to the buyer). Secondly he said that I had the incorrect outlets in the kitchen, had he taken a minute to move an appliance he would have seen all were fused and had the green/yellow light and reset buttons as per code. Then he wrote the heating did not work, I live in S. Florida and rarely use it, that said, you need to leave it on a half hour when you are running mid-summer air before the heat can start to kick in. Then he made an absurd and pointless comment that the diverter in my shower/bath did not work, it did.in the same bathroom he stated that there was no "stopper" in the sink&well if he asked he would have known as it is a guest bathroom it was in the vanity as I had cleaned out the sink from the last time I had a guest whose hair got in the drain.
Finally he wrote an incredibly inflated price for window replacements which had a cosmetic issue, not a functional issue and due to his horrible report the buyer demanded a really high sum in "concessions" when, not due to money but rather relocating, I took a huge hit on my property which I had totally renovated in 2007.
If you are a buyer then by all means hire them as they will screw your seller over in their observations, particularly this Joseph P. If you are a seller, ask who they are using and if they say allied ask if they can use another company for your own safety. It is not an issue if they find legitimate issues, that is good, but when they do not even bother asking or looking it is ridiculous!
