The Landing at Reynolds subdivision of Lake Oconee, GA has an internal drainage problem they refuse to resolve. The more houses built, the worse the problem gets.
When problems are reported to the homeowners association, they are ignored. The homeowners association blames the property owners. However, they had no hesistation in charging each property owner a $5000 road resurfacing fee of the subidvision despite the fact that contractors, golfers, and cottage-goers contribute to the wear and tear of the roads more so than the property owners. The property owners had no voice concerning the road paving fee. The Landing at Reynolds' tactics are clearly similar to that of a dictatorship.
The Landing at Reynolds subdivision is pro-money rather than pro-people - buyers and consumers beware!
