Ebay Id Kikir002 This supposed Cingular dealer sold me a recalled Cingular sim card on Ebay!

Okay... I bought a Cingular 64K Sim Card from this guy on Ebay because I fried mine. When I took the card into a Cingular store they said it was old and bad. I researched it and found there was a recall issued by Cingular on 12-08 for that particular card (63698G). I wrote the guy an email through Ebay and he never responded. Then I left negative feedback and all hell broke loose. It escalated to a PayPal claim but was denied and I think it's because he's a PowerSeller (1930). I only paid $16.45 for it... But that's not the point.

Buyer wrote: I emailed you last week and tried to get this straightened out. Cingular told me that the card was old and I would lose half of my features. If you would have responded to my email... I would not have left negative feedback.

Seller wrote: plus, how can it be old when the sim card is not even punch out yet??? Where is your common sense?

Buyer wrote: Emailed you last week... Take the negative off or I will report you.

Seller wrote: It's old or used? It's old, it has nothing do with me. That's my product. Read before you buy... Dude, you need to read what you are buying... As far as I am concerned, I sent you the product you paid for. It is brand new, if it's old, it is not my fault. Common man, how old are you? Ok, let's remove the negative. I will file a withdraw of feedback, if you remove mine, your negative will be remove automatically.

Buyer wrote: It wasn't a used card but it was an old card. For one thing I'm not a man or dude you're dealing with and I'm old enough to know that brand new should mean brand new... Not brand new old. I'm not removing the negative.

Seller wrote: good, don't remove. I am not the one hurting... You must be stupid or something... Why would i cheat your $10??? What do you mean old sim card? That's the only sim card i got, i sold thousand of these, plus i am a cingular dealer too you idiot...

I contact Cingular and the President's Office calls me and wants this guy's dealer code. So I tried to get it from him:

Buyer wrote: I need your Cingular dealer code.

Dealer wrote: What do you mean? What item did you buy from me? You don't need my dealer code...

Buyer wrote: You are the one who sold us the sim card that was bad and old... You know the PayPal escalation. I need your dealer code. If you don't provide... Believe me... I'll still find it.

Dealer wrote: Oh, I remember you now... I still think you are stupid... YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU ARE BUYING...

Buyer wrote: What kind of an jerk would sell a card THAT'S ON A RECALL LIST? You're not a REAL DEALER are you? If you were YOU WOULD HAVE KNOWN THAT AND ARE TRYING TO SCAM PEOPLE! So if you are a dealer... What's the code? Or are you too much of a baby to give it to me?

Seller wrote: you are the only idiot on ebay that left me a negative feedback for this sim card... I sold thousand of these already!!! Let's see a thousand people don't know what they are buying or an idiot like you don't know what its buying

Seller wrote: you are an idiot... No one will give you their dealer code... On a recall list? Don't waste my time... Check my feedbacks and check your feedback. You f*ing asshole...

I wrote a few people on his feedback list that I saw purchased the same card and basically they are scared of him or her and left good feedback... Even though their cards didn't work.

I have every piece of documentation that you can think of... including an internal piece of mail that Cingular sent me by accident. But PayPal wouldn't do anything.

If someone can help... I would greatly appreciate it. There's still alot of those cards being sold on Ebay. Sad.

Thanks
