Whatever you do, DO NOT get a garage door from Mesa. This company is so unorganized and no one can give you an answer if there's a problem. Our 2 garage doors were supposed to be installed on 9/9. I came home to see only one garage door on. We NEVER got a phone call as to what the problem was. WE had to keep calling and calling. No one could give us an answer and our sales rep, Randy, was in the wind. They have cashed our check and, today (9/19), after badgering them, they have finally told us that our garage door is being sent from the manufacturing company in Idaho, so the earliest they can install it is 9/24. Over 2 weeks after it was supposed to be! Why couldn't someone just tell us that in the first place?!!! The salesman will say, Yeah, Yeah, it's no problem, but when the crew comes to install, there is a problem!
