This company will try anything and everything to get out of helping anyone. They put people on hold just hoping you will hang up this is a practice of the company. It is called giving time for the customer to gather there thoughts. They will try anything to get you to go away and hopefully you will get so tired of calling you will hang up... This is called a leagal hustle. As long as stainsafe takes care of 2% of its claims they can stay in business.
I urge anyone to call nbc and get dateline to do an investigation. Mark my words this will be the next enron company that will go down and everyone will be in jail... There are thousands of service technicians all over that have been screwed out of millions of dollars where they to are played the same game also...
You people have no idea how serious this really is i could go on and on. I feel so sorry for the customer i know what they go through. Hopefully people are not mad at the store they have no control over this.
If they try to drop stainsafe they will not service there customer even though they are under contract... It is like being married to the mob with this company... This is the biggest nightmare company out there.
I wish a lawyer or someone could shut them down because they destroying people and stores that sold the product. Plus get this the tech companys that go to the home are owed so much money stainsafe is using a factoring company that will factor there money to them minus 8%. So they do lose some money, tech companys were really happy they were finally getting there money. But then get this stainsafe wasn't paying the factoring companies and this was stainsafe's idea in the first place. The factoring companys were calling the tech companys wanting there money back. The tech companys did'nt have there money they paid themselves and there employees. The factoring company is putting leins on the techs business forcing them to go bankrupt. There are many tech companys that have lost there homes and everything to stainsafe. This issue is bigger then anyone can imagine... I know you people were screwed out of a couple hundred bucks. How would you like to lose your home over a warranty company called stainsafe. Please don't make fun of the people that are posting these letters there not nuts they are very frustrated people to be screwed out of somthing they dreamed of saved for and had taken away... Think about it
