Security service ripoff

My security system with Leasecomm has not worked for over four months. The individual who installed it and set up my account with Leasecomm left town. He never even left me an instruction book. My alarm has gone off several times in the last few months with no response. My house even caught on fire, and there was no response. I cancelled my billing plan and wrote a letter to Leasecomm, explaining my situation. The system did work at one time, but is faulty for some reason now.instead of cooperation, I have received threatening letters and phone calls.
