Had a stain on a leater sofa, after numerous times calling, being on hold, etc. Etc. Finally got someone to come to the house, said they ordered part, would be shipped to me in 8-12 weeks, it has been 6 months, still no parts, called Hanks Customer service, said that with the little information they could get from Stainsafe, that it had been cancelled, could give me no further info, said they would call me back, have not called.
Hanks is as much/or more to blame than Stainsafe, Stainsafe could not do people this way if the furniture stores were not selling the product for them. I cannot believe that Hanks did not realize what kind of company they are dealing with. When you start looking around on the internet, the complaints are everywhere. It is now almost March and this has still not been resolved, and it started over a year ago.
