Proman Returns, ValetStand.com Never refunded or exchanged damaged valet

Purchase made 10/19/09 on internet. Sent to APO address. Damaged valet received 11/10/09; wood was cracked. I asked for a replacement. Neither a replacement nor a refund was provided. Company never responded to emails nor did they answer their phone.
