BEWARE of valet parking and hotel policies. Last year, we used valet parking and after getting our car back, discovered that our car had been used. Our trip computer showed that they drove over 50 miles at speeds well over the speed limit (80) and scraped the bumper.
We complained to hotel management who said the valet service was an independent company and referred it to them. We complained to the valet service who refused to do anything, said it was not their problem and said "sue us."
It looks like valet parking joyriding is a common activity at the Anaheim Hilton and they don't care.
Suggest that if you have to attend the convention center at Anaheim, use Disneyland Hotels or the Marriott. Stay away from the Anaheim Hilton and if you must use valet parking, log your odometer.
Also, it took them over two hours to get our bags from the car to our room and food quality was poor (They also messed up on the bill - we were overcharged for parking too!).
They lost a good customer - our stays were for business travel and now we (I am responsible for our department) will not book at the Anaheim Hilton.
