I purchased Caesarstone countertop from China Marble and Tile in March. The countertop has a lot of problems from the beginning while Caesarstone is supposed to be very easy to maintain and stained/scratched-free. I contacted the store and Caesarstone for warranty. The store gave me a run around for weeks. Finally, after tons of phone calls, I was able to get a technician from Caesarstone to come out to fix the countertop.
The countertop/stone turned out to be fake Chinese material, according to the technician. Therefore, they didn't fix the problems. Caesarstone will also provide me a letter to confirm that the countertop was not Caesarstone. I contacted the store to get my money back because what I agreed to buy, which was stated in the invoice, was Caesarstone and not fake material. The store owner gave me hard time and I still have not got my money back. It has been 2 months since I started contacting them.
