The Same part has failed twice. Twice, I have paid the $60 copay.
The part has failed for the third time, 70 days after the last service call. This is a chronic part problem that First American is aware of, yet they offer no relief for the situation. Should I chose to initiate another Service call, FA will charge me another $60, which will amount to $180 total for the same problem. A First American supervisor advised me that I would have to pay again. If I had engaged Sears as a service provider without First American as a third party, they offer a 90 day guarantee on parts and labor. They are not in the business of warranting anything except their profits.
