Terrible Service from First American Home Buyers Protection California/Arizona Scottsdale

This company did not care that their vendor cancelled on me (without a call) 3 times. It's 110 degrees in Arizona and I'm on my 4th day without air conditioning. I have taken a day and a half off work to wait for service and they have never shown up. When I called First American they were completly unprofessional and could have cared less. One girl at the company even said that the previous person I spoke to from First American "must have been drunk" Great training of employees. I would not recommend this company to anyone else.
