Do not purchase a residential well water pump from Myers, a company of Pentair Inc. Do not hire Aqua Well & Pump Systems Inc. For residence water well pump service. They use inferior equipment and you will end up paying double in the end. Their prices seem low at first but their submersible water well pumps do not last. They chose to install a HP submersible Myers water well pump (by Pentair Water Delavan, WI) to replace a 30 year old (working HP) pump at my residence. This pump lasted 15 months (pump warranty is 12 months). They claim the pump went tight from sucking in debris. Their recommendation was to replace this pump with a larger HP and add a filter screen. The service charge, parts and labor was $1297. And that did not including the cost of the pump. Its obvious to me that they did not do the right job first and I had to pay for their rework. Myers Residential Products did not respond to my request for an explanation or compensation.
