On 6/1/10 my mom had a airconditioner appointment with a Sears tech to service the A/C unit that my parents purchased from Sears, she always ask`s for David a very good service tech that`s been to the house many times before. The ladies about the custome support stated yes okay not a problem nicely i been their whenever a guy from the title of Gabrial ripped up and was on the individual phone when he ultimately arrived in (without having wipeing his toes) he didn`t have any resources with him to support the A/D device that we believed was peculiar? Then he questioned my Mother fro a comb to wash the port of course if he might clean the filthy filter in her drain! She explained not really a great concept and he was simply rude and disrespcetful and stated we're able to protest to Sears etc, i questioned where his resources where and he simply stated "I've them" he simply could`t be troubled and he likewise smashed among the clip`s about the back of the A/c-panel he was out and in within five mins. I'm shocked of the perspective of the guy having a senior when he and Sears didn`t genuinely believe that I had been likely to be there her son. I believe that Sears must fire criminals like Gabrial that provides an extremely poor title to a lot of of the great support tech`s that work with Sears, i told my Mother to stop the support agreement that I'd clear the filter on her to ensure that rude disrespectful support man Gabriel never measures base in her home again! Sears awaken! Practice these guy`s! Make Sure They Are RESPONSIBLE!
