Nu-wave pools, Fred Berg, built a pool for me back in 2007. I had a contract that was supposed to be turn key and months after the expected finish date and several thousand dollars over the agreed price he finished and never completed any of the permits. Now i am being fined by the city i live in and wont be able to sell my home untill i hire some one else to finish what he is too incompetent to complete.
Also back in December (it is may now 2010) i had Fred put in a rod iron gate around the thing he calls a pool. I paid him 1000 dollars to buy the materials and he has yet to finish and has come up with nothing but excuses about why he cant finish. The most insulting is him saying he has other jobs to do. But the list goes on from his mother being sick and his dog dieing. Fred claims he came up with a miracle food to cure cancer for his dog and that was why he was busy. Nu-wave pools is one of the worst contractors i have very dealt with and would never recommend them
