We are a garden center located in Jacksonville, FL. We wanted a LED sign in front of our nursery. Gary Hoerlein is our sales representitive, and he came in and we talked about what we wanted done and he gave us a bid. We gave him a check for a deposit of $1204.00 on January 20. We had told him not to deposit the check until the plans came back confirmed and we were also trying to get it financed. Well, he sent us back the plans completly different then what we talked about and with a different price. He also deposited the check two days later!
For the last three months we have been trying to get our money back but Gary has suddenly disappeared. The Corporate office isn't doing anything and the local number has been disconnected!
