I found Carols Special Ragdoll located in Montague, NJ online and I was happy to be getting my new kitty. She took my $200 deposit two months in advace and I was assured that she would be holding my girl cat for me.
Later she informed me that the kittens were all sick and I could have my money back if I was worried about it. Also she never cashed my check. I told her I still wanted the kitten and to get me a health guarantee from her vet.
After that she has the kitten spayed and forgot to get the health certificate. Again she offered my money back and that she never cashed my check.
Then I had plans to pick up the cute kitty that Saturday. She emailed me telling me that something came up with her daughter and we would reschedule the pick up for latter that day if I still wanted the kitten.
Later that day I got a call from her saying that her sister sold my cat by mistake and I could have a male kitten if I wanted to. This whole thing seems a little fishy to me. Wondering if the female cat died and she didn't want to tell me or she just got a better offer and sold it.
