The company I own was approached by a salesjerk from from signtronix, my son was working at the time. And he allowed my son to sign paper work using my name and information to obtain a sign.
My son being a young man did not read all the print he was just going by what the salesjerk told him and the man said with a down payment and approval we could lease a sigh and greatly improve our sales. What he failed to tell my son was if we didnt get approval for a lease we would lose our deposit.
Well you guessed it we was not able to get the lease and they kept my $450 deposit
Lesson learned dont ever give a deposit until all financing is approved before hand
