System worked good for 2 years then downhill fast. Timer parts wore out metal rubbing against metal, that's the way it is designed. No way to obtain parts directly. Service call charges were around $100, one time all that was done was reset unit to regenerate more. I could have done that myself.
I am unable to maintain the unit due to no parts available to me. System has overflowed several times and the website states overflow protection. A huge lawsuit is in order. All Rain Soft buyers unite!
