Awesome - Bosch Dishwasher Recall

Jerry, the Sears technician that came to replace the modular recalled by Bosch was very knowledgeable, showed complete respect for our home as he started his work asking if it was alright to set his computer on the granite countertop. He explained each step of the way and what he was doing, he is totally what customer service is all about
