We purchased the top of the line Bosch® 800 Plus Series Integra 6 Cycle Dishwasher the Summer of 2012 and have had nothing but problems. We are on our 4th Sears service call and I have been without a fully functioning dishwasher since November. They have adjusted the filters and drain, replaced the circuit boards and now are recommending replacing the front panels. The dishwasher does not complete a cycle leaving water pooling in the bottom of the machine and sometimes runs for over 24 hours using up all the hot water in the house and draining electricity. We came home to moldy dishes after running the dishwasher prior to a week-long trip. It was repaired the day before we left on vacation. It is completely unreliable.
Although Sears indicated that upon this last service call they would escalate to have the unit replaced now this is not the case and I have to wait until April 16th for yet another service call to replace parts. Upon demanding and essentially screaming for an escalation and writing two reviews on Sears.ca that were subsequently rejected - funny that... I received a call from the District Manager indicating that he would recommend a Warranty exchange.
I am still waiting for that department to contact me, it has been over a week now to indicate when I will receive my new dishwasher.
I have had Bosch dishwashers before and love them so I do not want to give up but am Very VERY disappointed with Sears Customer Service.
