After filling out the required real estate information, I pushed 'submit', the screen flashed something about not able to proceed - and to contact the company. The company wrote back any time before I submitted. They wrote back right away.
Once I paid - which you have to do prior to posting, I heard nothing though I have followed up with them numerous times by email and left many messages. Nothing. They post no address - so how does one follow up???
That is the bad part right there. If they are reputable - and i thought they were given the amount of listings they have, they should have an address. I do have a receipt sent by what looks to be an automatic email - and my credit card shows the charge of $105. Over 3 weeks now...
Buyer beware.
