I went to buy the Salon Express for my sister for Christmas. After filling out the form, and then seeing how much they were charging for shipping, I exited out of the window, never hitting the submit button. Almost two weeks later I received a confirmation email.
I called them, after going through three different numbers, to see if I could stop the package before it was shipped. The girl told me that it was shipped out the day before, but that if I wrote refused or return to sender, that I would get my refund back. When I told her how I never hit the submit button and how they basically stole my information, she said that their website states that it doesn't matter if you hit the button or not. Looked around and couldn't find this anywhere.
I received the box about two weeks ago, wrote refused return to sender and sent it out the next day, I have not heard anything or seen a credit on my account. I plan on calling them this morning and speaking to a manager if I have to.
