I am writing because I believe we were scammed by "WE ALL WIN REAL ESTATE SOLUTIONS, LLC" I wrote to them about refunding my money paid because they had us believing that they would at least postpone the foreclosure on our house.
We paid $499 with 2 credit cards to stop the foreclosure. It was 2 weeks before the foreclosure sale. My mortgage company (First Franklin) was very busy with foreclosures and "We all win" could not get in touch right away.
I found out that another company took over our loan called "Select Portfolio Services and I called them and they said that "We All Win" did not contact them. They should have.
They most likely knew it was too late to help us but they took our money any way. How can a company take $ and not follow through?! They should have refunded when they found out it was too late.
I wrote a complaint letter to the Bureau of Consumer Protection in Scranton and they wrote back for my response. I have to write back to them again.
I just want to warn people about these companies getting your hopes up and taking your money and not doing you any service.
