I purchased a bedroom set for my son. I was told that the set was ready for P/U. I went into the warehouse to P/U all the items, and the headboard was missing, they told me that it would be in on Saturday, I told them I was not coming back to pick it up because I was told that it was there. I live aprx. 25 miles away and was not making the trip, again so they said they would have it delivered on saturday. Upon opening the box's I noticed that the 5-draw chest was damaged.
That next morning I called customer service and told them I would like another one, and they stated that they would have to send out a tech. To see if he could fix it, the problem being were talking another week. So the tech. Came out and stated he could staple the chest together, I said I wanted another one sent out, so he called customer service and told them about the problem and they still argued with me about replacing the chest.
They told me I should've inspected the merchandise at the warehouse. I told them that all the items were in big heavy box's and that it would've been impossible to do so. I told them I wanted my money back and that I would send everything back and they refused, at that point I've had the items for not even 24hrs. I'm now stuck with a defective product and a company with horrible customer service who will not help me. Be advised stay away because I'm now hearing worst stories that mine.
