Gator Contracting, Poolside Leisure Greg Garbo, Gator Contracting faulty pool resurface, failed to honor warranty, crack in newly resurfaced pool

Cracking developed in our pool. I previously hired someone to come "repair" the pool cracks and for $200 they came and sealed the cracks with caulking. This was unsightly. After years of saving, we were able to get our pool redone.
I eventually hired Poolside Leisure to repair the pool surface and cracking for $6,500, with $2,000 of that fee for additional preventative measures to ensure the cracks would not return. Our first frustration came when we were told by ALL who gave us quotes that the surface would have to have the prior paint removed by sandblasting it. Originally I was told Poolside Leisure's fee to remove the paint would be $2,900, well above any of the others I got estimates from to sandblast the pool. Then they recontacted me and told me if I did it on a certain day, they'd do it for $1,400 because they'd already have the "machine" rented. So, I agreed to this, but turned out what they ended up using was just a pressure washer. It took one guy about half a day to do this. When I realized what what was going on, Greg Garbo, the company president told me it would be fine to just use a pressure washer because sandblasters were really messy. So time will tell if my pool resurface will start popping off like other pool contractors told me it would if 100% of the paint wasn't removed. 100% of the paint was not removed.
Then the pool was resurfaced and within 2 days, the major crack returned. I was assured by Poolside Leisure that they would repair the crack. I confirmed it would be repaired with the same material it was resurfaced with. After many months, they finally came out to repair the crack and they even emptied out the pool. I was quite shocked and dissatisfied to discover when I got home, that they had just filled the new crack with caulk and then refilled the pool.
So after a $6,500 repair job, I ended up where I started, with cracks repaired with caulk... The same repair job as the guy who charged me $200, even after I paid $2,000 for "crack repair measures" that would ensure the pool wouldn't crack and they would ensure it if I paid the $2,000.
Mr. Garbo says he is closing down, but his website is still up and his voice mail still answers as Poolside Leisure and to leave a message. I'm sure he's just screening his calls for new business. He won't return my calls.
