Me and my wife purchased a pool from Leisure lifestyle in July. I did not get to enjoy the pool that we purchased because I deployed a week before it was installed, I am still deployed until October of this year. It has not been a good 13 months and the pipe that connects the pool to the pump it is leaking. When my wife called leisure lifestyle they told her that she needs to contact the person who installed the pool (which they were the one that recommended that company). When she called the person who installed the pool they told my wife that they are no longer doing business with Leisure Lifestyle and they cannot help me they suggest that I call the back Leisure lifestyle and have them help me. When I called back I spoke with Mark who said it is not their problem because all they did was referred the person to us so there for they cannot help. When me and my wife purchased the pool they assured us that we should go with John Mosely because he is the best now not even a good 13 months later the pool is leaking to where we are losing much more water than we can afford. So if you choose to purchase a pool from them make sure that you watch what the installers are doing because God help you if it starts to leak. Even though their old install company did not work for them anymore they tried to help but what I want they cannot help with.
