The pine that reached my house appeared nothing beats the picture illustration. Balsam slope claims that no cables or post could be noticeable, NOT THE CASE! I delivered the corporation an email with closed pictures of my pine (main spaces, open cables, bad form and volume) when compared with their publicized pine and informed them I had been returning the pine but didn't believe I ought to spend the return postage-due from what I experienced was misleading marketing. I got an answer, the conventional type I am certain, that didn't tackle my particular grievances, but did state the return shipping was still my obligation. I'll never purchase a sizable product such as this, sight unseen again.
